Age: 50 Years +
A fun class with a variety of exercises to Increase cardio fitness, strength, balance & flexibility
Strength & balance exercises using
Resistance bands, weights, balls & body weight.
Core exercises on the floor or in a chair
Encouraged to work at your own pace & easy to adapt to ailments or injuries.
Experienced fitness leader working with 'Older Adults’.
Time: Thursdays at 1 pm – 2 pm
